Return & Exchange Policy

Indradhanush Gems has a transparent 10-day Return &  Refund on loose gemstones & custom jewellery-

1. The product should be unused and in its original packaging with the invoice, product certificate, lab certificate, documentation etc. In the case of misplacement of any documentation, you might be eligible for a partial replacement amount only.

2. All replacements are subject to a thorough assessment by our team. 

3. We do not cover damage due to improper use or neglect. 

4. We have a no questions asked, 100% money-back guarantee on loose gemstones for a 10-day return window. 

5. Shipping charges, duties, customs, GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable on any product purchase. 

6. We do not refund the cost of any additional lab certificate ordered for your product apart from the one we offer. 

7. The customer bears the return shipment charges.  

8. Exchange amount will be considered after deducting Shipping charges, duties, customs, GST ,payment gateway charges , extra certification(if any) & Vedic Puja energisation(if any).

9. Any custom jewellery (rings, pendants etc.) can be returned for 70 % of its gemstone value as mentioned on the invoice , subject to our team approval. The return should be done within 10 (ten) days of delivery.The making charges, Shipping charges, duties, customs, GST ,payment gateway charges , extra certification(if any) & Vedic Puja energisation(if any) will be deducted from the gemstone amount.

10. There is no return or replacement for Pearl & Coral as they are organic / water borne gemstones. 

11. Rudraksha loose or studded in pendant or any other form is not eligible for returns.

12. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the receipt and assessment of product at our end.

13. The above return policy is applicable for our online webstore only. This Refund / exchange policy is not applicable for products purchased from our physical store .

The return procedure is as follows:

1. Contact our Customer Support to report the issue.

2. They will give you a Return Authorization.

3. Keep the product and all original packaging and documentation safe for return.

4. Pack the product in tamper-evident packaging.

5. Take insurance for the shipment. 

6. Ship it through a courier of repute.

7. E-mail your shipment details with the tracking number.
